This session was kinda special to me because it’s my own nephew, so I have been waiting a while to do this session.  We had fun, but it was hot!  After all is said and done, it was worth it because look what we captured…

Padyn, Class of 2010…

Sweet little Ashlyn!  She’s back, this time without her sisters.  This session was all about her and her personality…and what a personality it is.  It’s her first birthday and she was eager to show off the skills she has learned, which of course means she’s FAST!  Mom came prepared with numerous colorful outfits and Ashlyn ROCKED them all!  What a trooper.

I think when you see the rest of these images you may get an idea of just how much we squeezed into those sessions.  I was exhausting, but it was fun at the same time.  Peyton and Paige were a blast, they love to laugh and they love to dance!  I was delighted when mom told me she had brought matching pettyskirts and would love portraits of them dancing and playing.  It something different than the everyday and the girls had a blast performing for me!

Well, no I didn’t fall off the face of the earth, but it sure did feel like it.  I have been SWAMPED and believe me I am not complaining about it, but I haven’t had the time to blog at all.  I’ve even badly neglected facebook, which I LOVE.  But, I finally broke down and hired an assistant.  It was just getting too hard to keep up with everything and continue to offer the same level of service to all my clients, so I hired Carrie.  She’s been great and has me completely caught up to the point where I can BLOG AGAIN!!!!!

This family’s blog post has to be broken up into 2 parts just because it was actually 2 sessions and I took sooooooo many images it was hard to narrow down.  Poor mom, I am sure she is swimming in a sea of indecision.  Her gallery had 114 proofs in it!  I think that’s a record even for me.  We did 2 sessions, back to back, one in the studio and one outdoors.  This was a little different then most “combo” sessions -  this was actually 2 seperate sessions.
