Sweet little Levi is the youngest of 3 brothers.  He was, like many newborns, WIDE awake when I first got there.  It took an hour or so of cuddling, feeding a rocking, but he nodded off and let me capture sooo many adorable images.  I really had a hard time narrowing it down for the blog.

Another sweet repeat.  I met Lucy when she was only days old, saw her again at 6 months and now we are celebrating her first year.  Lucy has a new baby brother on the way, I can’t wait to see him and see what we capture of the 2 of them!

Whenever I try something new at a session or play with a new backdrop, I get this intense NEED to share it with everyone.  Technically, I should not even be looking at this session yet let alone proofing, I still have many, many others in line….but I HAD TO SHARE!!!!!  I wasn’t planning on playing with this backdrop for another few weeks, but Miss Jenna was in SUCH a good mood during our session, I just HAD to!  Just one for now, I will blog the entire session at a later date.

This is a perfect example of what our  “Bellies to Bundles” Maternity/Newborn Combination session has to offer.  Krystal came in at 33 weeks pregnant (and absolutely radiant) for her maternity session, then brought little Harper back to visit when she was only a few weeks old.  Both sessions were so much fun!  Krystal is a natural in front of the camera and Harper, although it took a little time to get her to drift off, slept like a champ once she did!

Oh, Miss Addison!  You might recognize her, she’s another repeat who I first met at her newborn session and have seen several times since!  This time she brought along mom and dad and her new little sister who will be here in March!  I’m so excited for them, I love watching a family GROW!

Well, like many of my clients, this family were repeats.  I have seen them several times over the last few years beginning with Luke’s newborn portraits.  Look at him now…such a big boy.  I can’t wait to meet his new baby brother or sister this summer!!!!

You might recognize these 4 girls, they have appeared on the blog several times over the years, either as a group or individual sessions.  We soon discovered that this session was not going to be as easy as last year’s Christmas session, mainly because the baby learned to walk and she did not want to be still for even a moment! Either way we still managed to get some great shots!

This was another GREAT session!  Rylee was a little aprehesive when she first got to the session, but she quickly warmed up and what a smiley baby she is!  And what an adverturer too!  Dad wants to make sure that his little girl is fearless in life and she is.  She had a blast when Daddy threw her in the air and check out how high she went with a smile on her face.  She LOVED every second of it!

This family was awesome!  I saw them about this time last year when the little one was just a few weeks old.  It’s always great to watch these babies grow and man, have they grown!!!!  It’s amazing how much they change in just a year.  I had a blast with them catching up and playing with the kids…oh, and yeah, we shot a few pictures too!

Ashley is a senior of a different sort, she’s a Senior at SHSU and graduating this weekend.  She didn’t want the standard Senior session that most High School Seniors like (you know….urban, grungy, rustic) she wanted a classic portrait session befitting a GRADUATING COLLEGE SENIOR! So we stuck with traditional, classic scenery and relaxed poses.  CONGRATS ASHLEY!
